TLC Board Meetings

The Toronto Lands Corporation is governed by an independent 10-member Board of Directors, consisting of 4 Citizen Directors, 4 appointed TDSB Trustees, and 2 TDSB Executive staff.

Meet the TLC Board of Directors

Members of the Board meet regularly, both as a board and as part of standing committees, to discuss, advance, and approve work being done at TLC. Members of the public may share their views about topics on a committee agenda, or attend and observe meetings of the Board of Directors.  The schedule of meetings, along with current and past agendas and minutes can be found here:
