As the demand for public lands increases to meet the needs of a growing city, a new frontier for creating creative city-building partnerships is emerging. The Urban Land Institute’s mission is to shape the future of the built environment for a transformative impact on communities.
On Monday, June 17 at 12 PM, ULI Toronto is convening an online panel of industry experts for The New Mixed Use: Repositioning Public Assets with Private Sector Development Partnerships. TLC Interim CEO Ryan Glenn will be part of the panel discussing schools in condos to the mix of City, community, school board, library and other public uses in private development ventures.
