Applications were submitted to permit a mixed-use development of 65-storeys, with a total of 663 dwelling units. In 2021, the developer filed an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) following refusal by City Council of the Zoning By-law Amendment application.

The proposed development is located in the Midtown Area, a community experiencing residential intensification and population growth that is presenting significant pupil accommodation challenges at all local elementary schools. TLC is a party to the OLT case, to ensure development occupancy timing aligns with TDSB’s timing and strategy for providing sufficient local accommodation.
