A zoning by-law amendment application and site plan approval application have been submitted to permit a 56-storey mixed-use development containing 475 residential units.

TLC has identified proximity concerns related to incremental shadowing on the Orde Street Junior Public School site, as well as health and safety concerns associated with construction. In order to address these concerns TLC secured the opportunity to consult on the applicant’s Construction Management Plan as well as an ongoing communication strategy to address any questions or concerns that arise throughout the construction process. These items were secured through work with City staff and as part of a future Section 37 agreement between the City and the applicant.
