A zoning by-law amendment application was approved at the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and a draft plan of subdivision application submitted to allow for a 12-storey residential building and 14 freehold townhouses fronting Grenoble Drive, a 37 storey residential building fronting St. Dennis Drive, and a stacked townhouse building containing 18 units fronting a new public street. The proposal also includes a new public park, while an existing 17-storey apartment building will be retained.
TLC are working with the developer and the City on matters of site plan approval and construction management to ensure construction activity does not adversely impact or impede students from accessing Grenoble Public School in a safe and timely manner.
