A zoning by-law amendment application has been submitted to permit a 4-storey residential building containing 16 residential rental units.

TLC has identified proximity concerns including an overbearing east elevation and overlooking on the Bedford Park Public School site. Health and safety concerns associated with construction have also been identified.

Proximity concerns have been discussed with the City, school community and the developer, including during the application’s community consultation meeting. The applicant is currently working on a revised proposal to respond to comments.
