Create opportunities through real estate activity, including partnerships, to support TDSB capital and/or long term accommodation plan
Explore real estate strategies to effectively repurpose surplus TDSB property to maximize public use and student benefit
Prioritizing long term student accommodation to provide equitable access to programs in all TDSB communities
Management of the portfolio to create revenue opportunities to repair and upgrade TDSB schools
Enhance real estate partnerships with the development community, public agencies and the community at large
