• Negotiate all lease, licenses and shared-use agreements for TDSB requirements
  • Managing and leasing over 30 non-operating schools and vacant lands, held in the portfolio for future TDSB school use which all continue to provide additional educational and community services to multiple neighbourhoods
  • Increasing returns on temporarily unused locations that have significant strategic value
  • 3rd party leases to community partners, Community Planning & Partnerships (CPP) within active schools enhance community & student benefit
  • Maintaining strong relationships with other school boards operating two schools together on sites delivering efficient services and overall providing cost savings between school boards
  • Partnerships with public sector partners, City of Toronto, Toronto providing exclusive and shared-use of school board facilities (gyms, pools and classrooms) to deliver community programming and opportunities for students for health, fitness and wellness which supports overall long term student benefit.
