Starting with its Board Meeting of March 28, 2024, the Toronto Lands Corporation (TLC) will welcome members of the public to observe any meetings of its Board of Directors or Committees. These hybrid meetings (in person and online) can be accessed through the Microsoft Teams platform.
Properties in the Toronto District School Board’s (TDSB) Real Estate Portfolio have an importance to the communities in which they are located. Part of TDSB’s direction to TLC calls for working with communities and stakeholder organizations to ensure they have a meaningful opportunity to be informed of, participate in, and comment on significant projects or initiatives being undertaken. Creating access to the TLC boardroom is an important part of that commitment.
Along with opening its boardroom, TLC has created procedures for members of the public wishing to address a committee or the Board to ensure that their voices are heard on matters related to an upcoming agenda. These procedures are posted on the TLC website.
Information on TLC board and committee agendas can be accessed through the Board Meetings page of TLC’s website, including schedules, meeting minutes, and registration links to be included as an observer of any upcoming meeting.
